北京锐瑟科技有限公司于1999年成立。成立伊始从事高科技产品的研发与应用。2006年初，公司开始大力向高科技医疗和生物技术领域进军，同时招募了众多相关行业精英，整合相关领域资源，完善研发中心、生产基地和营销渠道，并与国外多家生物技术公司建立了长期合作关系。2009年，公司与RISE TECHNOLOGY Co.,LTD. (USA)达成战略伙伴关系，取得了生物抗菌多肽技术的专利使用权和专利基础上的开发权，从而奠定了我公司在生物医疗领域的发展基础。并成功实现了由技术到产品的转化，使抗菌多肽产品得以顺利迈向了市场。

我公司现已拥有实力雄厚的生物医学领域专家、博士所组成的研发团队，对多个具有世界影响的高科技生物课题展开深入研究，并已取得显著成果。于2013年5月我公司获得了中华人民共和国国家知识产权局所授予的《用于黏膜组织的抗微生物肽制剂》发明专利；替代人类用抗生素的抗菌肽研究已经进展到了动物实验阶段。

2013年12月，我公司投资控股成立北京锐瑟生物医药科技发展有限公司，并成功进驻中关村国家生物医药园，同期生物领域尖端技术的生物蛋白肽抗肿瘤转移药物开始CFDA的临床申请工作；杀灭肿瘤细胞的蛋白肽药物进入动物试验阶段。

2014年11月，我公司投资控股成立北京锐瑟生物医学研究所，主要开展处于行业领先地位的基因芯片的开发与测序服务。
